CANCELLATION POLICY
At Broadway Skin Studio, your appointment time is reserved just for you. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations under 24 hours: 50% fee No-shows: 100% fee Two no-shows = prepayment required for future bookings Late arrivals over 15 minutes may result in a shortened service or rescheduling with a fee.
